Many people in the Upper Valley are facing a crisis as winter approaches: they can't afford to pay their heating bills. Last year, Hanover Rotary raised $25,000 for Listen's fuel assistance program through our bell ringing. At this week's meeting (noon at Jesse's), Angela Zhang, MSW, Program Services Director at Listen Community Services will update us on the situation. Bell Ringing starts this Friday from 4-7. then continues Saturday from 10-4. We need many Rotarians to stand on Main Street in front of town hall, ring the bell and collect money to assist paying for heating bills -- we expect that we will be able to double every dollar contributed: Sign up here.
